Immigrative Visa Services offers an initial consultation service for individuals seeking to immigrate to Canada. The service is provided by the firm’s Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), who are authorized by the Canadian government to provide professional immigration advice and assistance. During the consultation, the RCIC will review the client’s immigration goals and assess their eligibility for a wide range of Canadian immigration and temporary residence programs, including skilled worker programs, study permits, work permits, business immigration, family sponsorship, and other available immigration streams. The assessment includes a review of the client’s credentials, education, work experience, language proficiency, and other relevant factors to identify the most appropriate and realistic immigration pathway. In addition to immigration advisory services, our firm includes an RCIC-IRB consultant authorized and experienced in representing clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB). This includes refugee and asylum claims, admissibility and inadmissibility matters, Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) appeals, Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) proceedings, and other IRB-related applications and hearings, where applicable. The consultation service is designed to provide a clear and realistic understanding of the Canadian immigration process, including program requirements and available options. The RCIC will explain the steps involved, expected timelines, and the professional and government fees associated with each stage, and address any questions or concerns.
