  5. No Legal Obligation: The advice given during these sessions is of a general nature. Immigrative Visa Services Inc. and EduPal Canada are not legally responsible for any actions taken based on the guidance provided during these free consultations.

  7. Booking and Cancellation: Consultation slots are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so in a timely manner to allow others the opportunity to book.

  8. Follow-Up: For comprehensive advice tailored to your specific circumstances, a follow-up appointment with our consultants is recommended. This follow-up may be subject to our standard consultation fees.
