Our Immigration Consultation - Hiring a Foreign National service includes a review of the job offer and requirements, as well as the prospect employee's profile. We assess the employer's eligibility to hire a foreign national and identify the available regulations, programs, agreements, and exemptions that may be applicable. During the consultation, we work closely with the employer to understand their specific requirements and provide customized solutions that meet their needs. Our team provides a clear understanding of the immigration process and the requirements involved, so that the employer can make informed decisions about their hiring plans. If the employer decides to proceed with the hiring process, we also offer Full Representation services. Our team represents employers with the LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) application process. This involves preparing the LMIA application, submitting it to the relevant government authorities, and following up with the authorities on behalf of the employer.
