The Initial Consultation will take place over Zoom, with the link sent to the Client via email and the Client Portal.
-

The Initial Consultation can be conducted in either English or Spanish, based on the Client’s preference. However, the Personalized PR Options Report will be provided in English only.
-
Consultation Fee
The Client must pay the required fee for the Initial Consultation and/or the Temporary to Permanent Status Planning service.
-
Assessment Form Completion
The Client must complete the assessment form in the Client Portal at least 24 hours prior to the Consultation. Alternatively, the RCIC can complete it during the Consultation without adding extra time. Email instructions will be sent to the Client.
-
Purpose and Scope of the Consultation
The purpose of the Consultation is to assess the Client's eligibility for permanent or temporary immigration to Canada and to answer immigration-related questions. The RCIC will not review application forms, letters of intent, or specific documents unless included in the purchased service.
The service focuses exclusively on Canadian immigration programs, excluding topics such as education, employment recruitment, taxation, or other non-immigration matters.
-
Temporary to Permanent Status Planning Service Process
-
Initial Consultation: A 60-minute session where the RCIC reviews your profile and eligibility. Additional information or documents may be requested for the preparation of the personalized report.
-
Report Preparation: After receiving the necessary information, the RCIC will prepare the Personalized PR Options Report, outlining available pathways, gaps in the profile, and strategies for success. The Report will be prepared in English only.
-
Timeline: The RCIC will prepare the report within 7 working days after receiving the requested information from the Client.
-
Post-Report Communication: Once the report is delivered, the Client may ask one follow-up question through the Client Portal. Further questions or support require scheduling a separate paid consultation.

Representation
Following the consultation and report, the RCIC may offer full immigration application representation. If the Client retains the RCIC for immigration services, an exclusive professional fee will apply based on the roadmap provided.
-

The RCIC may recommend additional services during the Consultation. The Client is not obligated to accept these recommendations.
-
