Terms and Conditions

Electronic Agreement

The Client is required to sign the Consultation and Service Agreement electronically before proceeding with the consultation and any related services. The agreement will be provided once payment has been confirmed.

Consultation Platform

All consultations will be conducted via Zoom or a similar virtual platform. Access details will be shared via email and/or the Client Portal.

Consultation Language

All consultations are conducted in English. Spanish translation may be provided during consultations, where required.

The Immigration Strategy Report will be prepared in English only to ensure accuracy and consistency with Canadian immigration terminology.

Service Fee

The Client must pay the full service fee prior to the Initial Consultation. No services will be delivered without confirmed payment.

Assessment Form and Information Accuracy

The Client is required to complete the assessment form in the Client Portal prior to the Initial Consultation. Instructions will be provided via email.

The Client agrees to provide complete and accurate information. The RCIC is not responsible for any outcomes or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information provided by the Client.

Purpose and Scope of the Service

The purpose of this service is to assess the Client’s eligibility for Canadian immigration and provide a personalized strategy and roadmap.

This service does not include:

  • Preparation or submission of immigration applications

  • Review of application forms, supporting documents, or letters

  • Legal representation before immigration authorities

This service focuses exclusively on Canadian immigration programs and does not include advice related to U.S. immigration, employment placement, taxation, or other non-immigration matters.

U.S. to Canada Immigration Roadmap – Service Process

Initial Consultation:
A 30-minute session to assess the Client’s immigration status, background, family situation, and goals.

Strategy Report Preparation:
Following the consultation, the RCIC will prepare a comprehensive Immigration Strategy Report based on the information provided by the Client. The report includes:

  • Legal and status assessment

  • Admissibility review (including criminal matters such as DUI, if applicable)

  • Immigration pathway analysis

  • Gap identification and action plan

Timeline:
The report will be prepared within 7 working days after receiving all required information from the Client.

Strategy Review Consultation:
A 60-minute session to review the report, explain findings, and answer questions.

Family-Based Assessment

Where applicable, the service may include assessment of:

  • The principal applicant

  • Spouse or common-law partner

  • Dependent children

The strategy provided is based on the information submitted for all included individuals.

Refund Policy

The Client may request a refund up to 24 hours prior to the Initial Consultation, subject to a $50 CAD administrative fee.

Once the Initial Consultation has taken place, the service becomes non-refundable, including the preparation of the Immigration Strategy Report.

Report Disclaimer

The Immigration Strategy Report is based on Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and policies at the time of preparation.

Immigration laws and policies may change at any time. The RCIC and Immigrative Visa Services Inc. are not responsible for any changes occurring after the report has been delivered.

The report is provided for strategic and informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of outcome.

No Guarantee of Outcome

The Client acknowledges that no guarantees have been made regarding the approval of any immigration application.

All decisions are made solely by Canadian immigration authorities based on applicable laws and the documentation submitted.

Post-Service Communication

Following delivery of the report, the Client is entitled to one follow-up question through the Client Portal.

Any additional questions or requests for further assistance require a separate paid consultation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation.

Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. The Client may reschedule once; after rescheduling, fees remain non-refundable.

Late Arrival

If the Client is more than 20 minutes late, the RCIC reserves the right to cancel the consultation without refund.

Confidentiality and Use of Documents

All information and documents shared between the Client and the RCIC are treated as confidential.

The Immigration Strategy Report is provided solely for the Client’s personal use and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior written consent from Immigrative Visa Services Inc.

Future Representation

Following completion of this service, the RCIC may offer full immigration representation.

Separate professional fees and a new agreement will apply for any application or representation services.

Referrals

The RCIC may recommend third-party services where appropriate. The Client is under no obligation to accept such recommendations.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the U.S. to Canada Immigration Roadmap service, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

RCIC Membership and Professional Standards

The RCIC is a licensed member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is bound by its By-laws, Code of Professional Conduct, and applicable regulations.
