1. Electronic Agreement: The Client is required to sign the Job Searching Consultation Agreement electronically before proceeding with the consultation.

2. Consultation Platform: The Consultation will take place over Zoom, with the link being sent to the Client via email.

3. Consultation Fee: The Client must pay a fee for the Consultation.

4. Form Completion: The Client must complete the required form or submit their CV at least 24 hours before the appointment. If not, the Job Coach will complete it during the consultation without additional time being provided.

5. Consultation Purpose: The job searching consultation is solely for addressing questions related to job searching or employment situations. Immigrative Visa Services does not guarantee employment and will not actively contact hiring companies on behalf of the client.

6. Instructions: Instructions for the services provided will be sent to the client via email.

7. Service Delivery: Standard and professional packages will be delivered within 15 working days.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must inform Immigrative at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in the job coach cancelling the appointment without reimbursement. Appointment rescheduling is limited to one instance, and fees will not be reimbursed after rescheduling the appointment.

9. Reimbursement: Payments are reimbursable up to 24 hours before the consultation, minus a $50 CAD administrative fee. Package payment reimbursements are only available if requested within 24 hours after payment, minus a $50 CAD administrative fee. Transfer and banking fees associated with reimbursements will be charged to the client.

10. Late Arrival: Clients arriving late to appointments will not be compensated for lost time unless there are extenuating circumstances beyond the client's or consultant's control. If a client arrives more than 20 minutes late to an appointment, the job coach reserves the right to cancel the appointment without reimbursement of fees.

11. Acceptance of Terms: By scheduling a Job Searching Consultation and paying the fee, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
